Traditionally Constructed Chest of all wooden construction

This coopered barrel top , chest is constructed of American white Oak with English Ash Hinges, Clasps accents (including steam bent banding) and incorporates an aromatic Cedar bottom it has all traditional jointing and no metal fixings are utilised. The Finish is of natural bees wax.

Within this chest is a concealed false bottom compartment which provides a secret hiding place for your treasuries, examples being family histories when used by children or grand children, the family jewels, or perhaps those important documents that need to be kept safe.

We build to your specification and therefore it may be constructed in any size or wood/wood combination.
